Business Systems Engineering

Designing structure and behavior of organizations is analogous to a systems engineering problem. Business Systems Engineering is my term for using a systems view to creating organizations that work well: where the equilibrium state is the desired state, where emergent behavior is constructive, and where the resulting environment is congruent with organizational values.
